Simon Bryant, celebrity chef renowned for his work with icon Maggie Beer on ABC television series ‘The Cook & The Chef’ passionately believes in using his profile to highlight ethical food issues.

For this purpose Simon will be partnering with the Organic & Sustainable Market on Saturday Setember 10th 2011 preparing a meal using Triple B Biodynamic Beef and local organic and native produce typically available from the market’s stalls.
Join us for a wholesome family day out enjoying a range of market stalls promoting certified organic & sustainable products including clothing, jewellery, skincare, toys, seedlings and produce while lunching on food, cake, coffee and so much more.
